Tropical Smoothie

Makes 2

  • 1/4 Fresh pineapple
  • 1/2 Fresh Mango
  • 1 Apple
  • 4 tbsp. fat free yoghurt
  • A squeeze of lime
  • 75ml water
  • Honey to taste (optional)


Cut all fruit, add all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. If you prefer your smoothie to not have so many bits, you can sieve the smoothie prior to serving.
